Any particular date code or range?

For a 1943 Director,got the original movement but stem, pinion and clutch all missing, plus balance very wobbly. It's a great sterling silver, 10K plate case with engraving on it, no wear at all, and the dial is O.K.ish, seems a shame not to get it going and wear it.
