8AT slipper spring

Hi all

my watch guy tells me I need an 8AT slipper spring for a watch he's fixing for me. My earliest catalog of interchangeable parts is from 1952 so can anyone tell me if I can find the part in another movement?

No idea, but thanks for biting, my watch guy says thats what he's always called it, when I queried it he said he'd ask his dad if it's got another name
