Does anyone recognize this as a Bulova case or is it just a Bulova case back?

Looks reminicent of a Bulova "23" case, or a Regatta.

Date?

Number on the back of the case is 5250189 . Ive' looked around in the adds but didn't see it. that doesn't mean its not there.

Should be an "L" date on that waterproof case back

That's a Bulova case, that is, bezel and back, minus the locking ring.

I have two of these cases/watches. Both are in poor shape but they are definately legit.
