I Have bought this Art Deco display. I really like the look off it.

Thanks buddy, I would say it is 1940's then, as the Phillips screws used to hold the top to the base were not invented until 1933, and were not in general use until around 1940.
This is the earliest ad I found showing the Bulova lady facing left, 1948 ad.

The direction she is facing may have no meaning, but I did find others after the 1948 ad, as shown below.

She disappears from ads altogether in the mid fifties.
I love Bulova desktop stuff, and it is hard to find. I only gots dis 1925 movement holder.Made by the American Standard Watchcase Co. incidentally.
And it's great for firing movements across the room, just look at that spring!
