Funny 12 and no other numbers

There was a discussion about a watch the had the "art Deco 12" and the rest of the numbers were just hash marks. Dont remember who had it, maybe Plainsman. I would like more info on this watch as I have acquired one and it runs perfectly and I like it but don't know what to call it.
