Help Identifying watch

I have a Bulova 1937 with an arrow on the movement.  The move is a 10AE, the back is stamped B-10K Gold Filled.  The serial number on the case is 7299875 and it is a 21 Jewel adjusted.  Can you help me identify this watch any further?  I cannot find a serial number on the movement just the arrow.  Also, it is missing the crown and stem, is there somewhere I can get them replaced?
