how to remove the stem on my waterproof bulova

Submitted by bobbee on September 16, 2011 - 5:13am

Hi there, can anyone help? I recently bought a Bulova on Ebay, perfect condition, looks like a Clipper, date on back 1962. It's all stainless steel with an unmarked silver dial with steel arrows at 12,3,6 and 9 and batons for the rest, marked "Bulova and "waterproof"and is the "push out" style case.

Just wondering if anyone knows how to remove the stem so I can adjust the speed. Will post photo's soon,as I'm nott entirely sure on model.

In set position rotate forward then reverse slightly to 'neutral' to remove and binding and pull. The stem is 2 piece.
