Hi I would like to find out some more information about my accutron. I think its a 218 model but am unsure any other information about it. The Serial number starts with a B, I cannot find any reference to a B serial number on google. As well I have searched high and low for a model that even looks the same but cannot. thanks!

That'a nice looking Accutron and it is either a 218 or a 219. If you open it and it has 2 coils it is a 218 and if it has only one coil it is a 219. The 219 is much less common. The letter in the first digit of the serial number tells us that it was made in the USA, a number would mean that it was Swiss made. A letter followed by a number on the rear of the case will tell you it's age.
