Surfmaster A Crystal

I was wondering if anyone has a crystal for a 1957 Surfmaster A. I believe the GS number is CMS660. Any help in locationg one will be greatly appreciated!

Possible Bulova alternative may be the BULOVA 1166E

Thanks! Any idea where one could be purchased? I have a spectacular watch in almost NOS condition but it has a small crack in the crystal. I do have a fairly large assortment of older crystals, but I used the last CMS660 I had last year. It would be a shame not to perfect this gem.
