WOW, what a cool pair of Old Bulovas!!!

On the left is a 1955 Bulova 23 "Calendar" on the right is a fabulous 1927 Lone Eagle 5000.

OH....almost forgot..... that's plainsman standing behind the LE and me standing behind the "Calendar". Photo was snapped this past Wednesday night (in an undisclosed location) shortly after the two of us had our fill of chicken and beer.

Oh, plains, you forgot to give me the Ambassador when you left, I think you still have my address, just mail it to me.

Had a great time meeting Mr. Baker.  Great conversation and great watch talk.  Looking forward to the next visit.

A little crusty and will have to be dis assembled and run thru the parts cleaner and re assembled and oiled . Not my idea of a nice task. I guess some one has to do it. Any idea what the chunky cased one is??

Great photo boys!!! Very jealous living all the way over here in Oz.

One day I'll make the trip.

Plains the LE looks tiny on my skinny wrist, I'd hate to think how tiny it looks on your wrist!

Future booking notice: beers, burger and Bulova watch talk coming one day to a bar near you.
