I have a 11534-Y I got new in 1975. The case is so worn, the core is showing around the edges. I really would like to replace the case or the watch.  Contact me with any suggestions. Thanks,

If the watch means a lot to you, and the wear is that bad, you could have it re-plated, but it is not cheap.
