This is a Bulova Ladies watch that I purchased  in Canada.  It is 14K White Gold (stamped on outside case)  with  32 diamonds.  Everything is orginal to the watch except the crown.  The watch guy installed it and I left it on the watch.

The movement is a 5BD which is for 1972 - 1975.

The movement is stamped with: M9. This is why I dated the watch 1969.

This is a really beautiful watch and one of my favorites to wear.

I think this is a Marquise of some type, still checking the ads.

It is a 14K white gold case with 18 very nice diamonds. The settings are undercut so light can penetrate properly up through the table from the side, the pics do not do this justice. I suspect there may have been a matching bracelet for this watch.

Update: I have cleaned the case and diamonds, and now the 'ice' really shows in the photo. Still have to service this one but she's in the queue.......

The 6C is from the Felsa 81 ebauche.

My grandmother was given this watch before 1950.  At least that's what my father thinks.  I don't know the exact date.  When the jeweler opened it, he said he didn't see a symbol on the movement - nothing other than 17 jewels. He did admit that he was not a watch person and I'm afraid he didn't know what to look for. On the back of the case the references were an R or D 44529; H 3900; L 316.5.  Unfortunately, I didn't know it needed to be oiled before I wound it to see if it works.  It does work, but I will not wind it again.  It is 14k, including band, and has 42 diamonds.  Besides what the watch is worth in gold weight and diamonds, I have no clue.  Thank you for letting me join your forum.  My email address is susanfeaman@yahoo.com.  I have paid my donation to have the watch listed for sale.  I look forward to hearing from you all.

I purchased this watch from Susan to save it from the low lifes that would scrap it for the gold and diamonds. It is truly gorgeous and Lorraine's going to love it. I have updated the information that was prviously unkown, movement model, date of manufacture and updated the pictures. Enjoy.
