1936 Bulova Step-Side Needs a Name

I aquired this 1936 Bulova Step-Side 10K RGP with a 10AN movement serial number 271996 w/

square date symbol. Needs a name! HELP!!!

Nice dial, I beleive I have a 37 frankenbully with the same. listed as 'unknown.

Hi Wayne,

I think this is another re-cased / dialed aftermarket product with a Bulova movement. I doubt you will find any Bulova markings on the case but rather, Anchor or Roy and the marking for gold plate on the side of the bezel between the lugs.

You are posilutely right. At the 12 o'clock end between the lugs is a boxed R & 10K Rollled Gold Plate. Inside back is boxed R & Stainless Steel. I think I'll call it Frank. LOL  I needed a spare 10AN.
