Great looking extremely art deco 20's ladies watch?

What the heck is this watch boys?  I almost don't want to show it to you I like it so much... the stem has a nice sized blue stone (sapphire?) on it.

They are called a cabochon sapphire and typical of the early and mid 1920s ladies watches.

1922 ladies watch....very nice exploding dial.

The case looks like it says American Watch Company, a Waltham.

Yes it does, You have good eyes Stephen. At 3:00am it said American Watch Co, go figure!  What's the shield logo?
