I do believe I just picked up the civilian version of the Nighthawk/Airwarden...

So here's our military motif Air Warden aka Nighthawk

Here's the piece I just picked up.... I believe it shows the Triangle stamp = 1945.  Sporting a 10BA, 17 Jewel movement....

I'll update when I get the watch.

What say you gents?

What is the diameter of your watch? The Nighthawk is civilian version. It wasn't under Gov't contract!

My Nighthawk is only 26mm in diameter. I thought it would be much bigger. Your dial is much different than mine.

Don't have it yet but it says it's a "woman's watch" which indicates to me it's going to be smaller like the Nighthawk/Air Warden.

Obviously I'm not talking about real military watches... I'm talking Bulova made quasi-military watches side by side with thier civilian counterparts.

IE... the Senator.... the Blackout

The Surgeon...... the Blackhawk

The "unk watch here".... the Air Warden / Nighthawk

I was thinking 'WATERTITE', but it does look small ?

'AIR WARDEN' states 15 Jewels.
