This Vintage 1946 17 Jewel Bulova Watch is aesthetically in good vintage condition with some wear; however it does not work.  This vintage 1946 Bulova watch features a copper-tone, expandable 12 K gold filled band with braided detail on the front sides. The copper-tone 1 ¼” L x 7/8” W face features white numbers and reads “Bulova” at the top. Aesthetically this watch is in good condition for its age however it does have surface scratches and parts of the copper-tone finish is worn (especially on the band). The watch has a serial number “2617920” marked on the back of the face. The band is also marked “12 Kt GF”.

Looks to me to be a Spencer with  modern hands as opposed to the fils on the one in the data base...subsecs dial appears to have diff track pattern as well more like the 45 spencer...but the 45 spencer has a different case....Sooo, my final answer 46 Spencer...redial and new hands and possible original band, cant read the band but it looks like several ive seen claiming to be original.

Have no clue about the virus post, I never saw it and it appeared at least an hour after I posted this..

Price on this seems high, but by the description (copper tone finish) I am assuming its rose gold and pricing those is more difficult for me still...some grab a premeium some only a few bux more...

Gotta love that 'snap' feature on win7 to put two windows side by side, makes this a lot easier !!!
