Ladies Bulova

Anyone want to take a stab at identifying a ladies watch?

I found this watch when I inherited my grandmother's jewelry. I asked my family and no one remembers her wearing this watch. It's likely it was her mother's watch. It is a 17 Jewels, white gold, ladies Bulova, wind-up working condition. It has two possible diamonds in the top and bottom engravings and 4 smaller diamonds along each side of the face. The back of the case has no serial numbers, just '14K Gold'. I cannot get the back off to look for additional details. I hope to take it to a jeweler soon. The band is a jeweled expansion bracelet that says "Pat Pend Multi-Size" and "Champion Made in USA (with '1B' inside a triangle)".
I looked through the vintage ads and narrowed it down to a variation of the: 1938 Gilda, 1946 Carol, 1952 Adorable, or 1960 Priscilla models.
Any ideas? Thanks!!
