I would like to apoligize of all the comments made. I was a little pissed off and finally cooled off. The situation has been resolved. No hard feelings. Whats said and done lets put in the past. I never noticed how useful this forum is and how theres a lot of people helping each other out.

Yeah well guy... thanks for the apology to the forum but realize it might take a bit to gain any trust back.

The people you insulted spend... well... a hell of a lot of money on watches on the bay.  I'd almost daresay a very large percentage of the "good" vintage watches sold/bought on the bay come through members on this site.

The saying that any publicity is good publicity... probably doesn't pertain to this community.  I personally buy about 20-30 watches a month.  Do I pay attention to the sellers I use.... absolutely.   Is something like this going to maybe effect where I spend my money.  Quite possibly...

Again.... I respect that you at least apologized... just realize that your reputation, if not suspect before... has been damaged due to your actions.

Well put your feet in my shoe's if you had a bidder like that retract on your auction and it happened to bring the price low? What would you do? It sucks.......

I also sell guy... and yes while that sucks... it was obviously not her fault and she shouldn't have to pay for some guy dumping the bid.  Obviously you saw that... ate crow and did the right thing.

And yes.... low prices suck.  It absolutely chaps my butt when I see great watches go for way lower than I expected or they really where they should be priced.

Anyway... you sucked it up and did the right thing.  That's good.  How you swore at quite a few of the buyers here... heh.  Bad idea... but at least you apologized.

I'm sure things will settle...

I don't know how long you have been selling on the bay, but they used to retract all of the bids that the bidder made when he retracted his last one.

That changed during the Meg years and is worse with the Don years!

Also if you had a certain number of retractions in one month, POOF! you were suspended!

That also changed.

Don't worry, you will make the $115 up + more, It take a Great Seller to do what you did...resolve a problem!

Welcome aboard!

I hope your apology is accepted by all, and that you are able to add to the site.
