Help With Model Identification

Submitted by spiro13 on May 16, 2011 - 7:32pm

 Hi

I would appreciate help identifying my latest Bulova pick up.

Movement: 10BC, symbol - O, Swiss, BXW 15 Jewels

Case: Bulova, 14K Rolled Gold Plate Bezel, Sterling Base, Stailess Back, New York

            Sr.# 4343220

I've checked 1934 and 1944 adds as well as models by year, movement and symbol but could not find an exact match.

Thanks

Tony

Tony, the watch appears to be a "Stamford". Check the 1942 ads. I generally search two years either side of the date code. Also search the "MyBulova Watches" search function drop down for Stamford.

1942 ad-If your case is yellow gold it's a Stamford. If your case is red gold it's an Alderman
