Submitted by WatchCrystals.net on May 24, 2011 - 8:57pm

I just happened across a really SWEET Bulova Doctos watch model... I don't believe I've ever seen before? And it might fetch as much as $$1700.- 2100.US +/- ??

This could even be a RECORD sale???

named the 'PRINCE' - is there any way to verify the model name?

Prince was the name Rolex used for their watch  of the same type.  I doubt that Bulova chose the same name.

That's one weird design. Why seperate the hour and minute hands? Looks cool but for what functionality?

Good question.

The Center Hand has no Dial, it's just there ?

LOOks like it only sold for $1599.00 and $35.00 shippment...  That's the HIGHEST Bulova sale price I've SEEN, to date!? I haven't got more than $500.00 on three occasions... Of course I don't have any watches that would fetch $1500.+ these days, EITHER!  :-(    (SOLD' em all...)

IMO, somebody created this watch. It is not a BULOVA case. Notice the diameter of the hole in the dial for the minute hand. It is large enough for an hour wheel to protrude through as well. There is no minute register. An oddball, but most likely not authentic.

I've seen this style of Watch, produced by other manufacturers, named a bomb timer?

*as an added note the Caseback is not signed Bulova.
