Nope, the date dode is L9, located just under "Swiss" and it's also stamped on the caseback and the watch is a perfect match to the ad.

It's just some kind of production stamp that we're not sure of what it means. It may just relate to the movement model or the balance bridge. It could be some unidentfied date code relating to manufacturing location or line in the factory but that's purely speculative guessing.
