Here are a few I have on hand.  This is by no means inclusive!!  Some are a pretty good match on the ad.

Yeah, I figure that if nothing else I will just have to buy, buy, buy until I have the proper watch for each band...

I have one like the one on top (#1). It came attached to a Westfield watch I bought a coouple of years ago.

those bands are nice and adds a that extra touch to an old art deco watch...but in my opinion they are kind uncomfortable to wear...and they aren't really usable...Nonetheless the are really beautiful and look great on any period watch...but you have to be use to them to wear one...i tried that type of band and it just didn't work for me...

They tend to be too narrow for today's tastes but you're right, they do complete the look of a period watch.

speaking of bands most of the right aide drug stores in our area (50 mile radius) are selling out their supply of watch bands at an amazing 75% off. some nice some not so nice but a 20 dollar band for 5 bucks might be something the members would want to look into.

A dream?  So it would be fun/challanging/expensive to get a watch matched via ads or expertise for every band I have

Harder to get an appropriate band for every watch I have.

easier for me to dream about getting a new crystal for every watch/band I have.

...but for some folks, imagine if they tried to get an appropriate watch/band for every crystal they have....

That thought makes my first dream seem more realistic :)
