1940 10AX Model help

Hi,

On the left I believe to be an AIR WARDEN but with a silver dial

 

On the right

Picked up this a few years ago,

Stainless back number 0349480

Movement

1940 10AX 15J

Dial a bit damaged but nice looking watch all the same

This one is in the database - 'STAMFORD' (?) or similar.
