NEW! GENESIS ULTRASONIC CLEANER TIMER HEATER 3L *Pro Grade*  $206 SHIPPED

The same one sells on Amazon for $223.49 by the same seller and on the eBay for $308.99 by a different seller

So now the Plainsmen's question is:

What sort of little basket do I need to put parts in there?

What sort of solution do I use?

How long and hot do I put my watches in there for?

I'M GOIN UPTOWN BOYS!! WOOOHOOO!!!

Nice...I would use tea strainers (the clam shell kind).  I bet O. Frei has a special solution.  I don't think that you should put pallets or balances in there at all (bad for the shellac).

 Hi

Here is a suggestion for a method I use. Put water in the Ultrasonic Cleaner then get some glass jars(I use baby food jars). Put your cleaner and rinse in the jars. Then put the jars in the water in the cleaner. That way you can clean and rinse at the same time if you have a lot of parts or you want to keep some seperate. I use Zenith products and time for about 3 minutes for each cycle. I also use tea strainers. Very handy for keeping small parts and screws together. So far I have had no problems with shellac. It will losen the glue holding crystals.
