Just bought a Bulova not sure what I've got

I bought a Bulova watch today from an antique store for $15, I thought it looked pretty cool so I bought it. Under the serial number on the back it has a small M8 so I'm guessing its a 68. But I cant seem to find anymore info on it. It has a really interesting case design and its water proof. Its a 17 jewel movement, it says 11 ALC on the movement, the back of the case is 2 pieces one part drops in then a ring screws down on it to hold it to the case. Theree is also a B embossed on the knob that winds the watch. On the face at the bottom below the number 6 it says "T SWISS MADE T" , the serial number on the back is f762667. If you guys need anymoe info let me know.

Good question.

Early 1960's ad would describe a 'SEA KING' - 17 Jewel manual winding, waterproof Case. The 'Florentine' Bezel is described in a 1964 ad for the 'COMMANDER', but they were 30 Jewel auto's. The 'SENATOR' and 'ENGINEER' have also shown this type of Bezel enhancement.

Does the Date stamp on the movement match the Date of the Case?

Where would the stamp be on the movement? I couldnt find a way to decode the 60s movements.

It could be anywhere on the movement plates, if it is 60's it will start with a M followed by the year date. (example M2 =1962)

it actually is M8 its right under where it says unadjusted swiss.
