lots of watches and ads

There are 388 vintage ads in the ad database section, 1265 watch records in the "known" or "identified" database section, and, surprisingly only 368 watch records in the "unknown" database section.  Lots of watch ID's have been assigned, whether unrated, unconfirmed, tentative, or confirmed.  I'd say this site's resources have had the single biggest impact on Bulova model ID'ing anywhere....and over the last five plus years, we don't know how many personal collection pieces may have ID'ed their watches with mybulova.com info and not entered that information on site.

This site is a great collaborative effort which furthers the collective knowledge of antique and vintage Bulova watches.  Personally I feel like I have at my access a team of expert Bulova mentors who selflessly allow me to apprentice with them, and there is no value which can be placed on this resource.

Thanks to all who have made this site what it is!

Ditto   I have been a little lax in posting some of my newest watches because I have been so busy fixing some of them so they run and I am getting a custom light tent box made of birch from an old friend who is a master wood worker. Soon I hope to have it and will start taking pics to down load into the data base.

I have only been collecting and repairing for about three months but this site and the unbelievably generous members have made this the most enjoyable hobby I have ever ventured into. My repair abilities are very limited but succesful because of information from the membership in general. My profound thanks to all of you and especially Greg and Mark and Nova.

Spot on Will.

In case newer members/visitors haven't noticed, I didn't right away, there is a link on the top right of the screen to donate towards the cost of hosting the site.

Agreed... this is a great site.  I'm pretty happy with the other members and Steven for making it so fun!
