You have a men's "His Excellency NN" as seen in this 1948 ad:
Now there's been some debate on weather or not the white gold version which you have is also called the "NN" model. Bulova used different letter codes for different color variations at will back then. There are good points on both sides of the debate. We just don't have enough information as of yet.
For now I'd say you can tentatively label it as a "His Excellency NN" white gold version.
