Help With Identification

It looks like the 1958 model but there is a star on the back that is not on the one I saw. It also has a very old stretch band , stainless steel from hong kong that looks as old as the watch. I don't know how to open it but it has a number on the back , C657287 and L7 under that. Don't know if it is gold or gold tone, it's been around but works great!!

Please don't delete , figured the pic thing out but need to make it smaller. thanks!

Cindy,

Click on the drop down list under the home tab and add this to the "My Watches" category as a unknown.

I resize my pictures by e-mailing them to myself...Windows will automatically resize them to the selected size you want when e-mailing pictures, then I copy them to a file for uploading here.

I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager. You can crop, resize and make adjustments to the contrast, color, etc.

L7 would indicate 1957, and the 23 Jewel marking on the dial would make this known as the Bulova 23.

The back of the case should be marked Rolled Gold Plate or Gold filled...take some pictures of the back for us and post them with the rest.

Give me 20 minutes or so, but i didn't see anything about gold on the back and have NO idea how to open the casing. BRB

Ok on the back, because these pics are hard to see, says :

Bulova - Stainless Steel Back - Shock Resistant - Then the numbers I gave you -  Anti-magnetic - Self Winding & Water Proof with stars before and after.
