Yep,

That's an "Arnold," alright... Many eBayers either don't know... don't care... or miss guess! much of the time...

HINT: Search for "Bulova Watch Ad" and use Firefox 3.5 or older (or change the .txt file to work with 3.6+) and download Firefox add- on "Abduction" to bypass eBay's new .png "no copy" moronics... and if you have Photoshop (?) then convert the .png file, to a .jpg and voila!

(Incidentally... I suspect you're under 30 and know how to do so already... but few my age (45 here soon) or older, have a clue..)

Best  :-)  William

Haha.... 36 young.

What I've been doing to bypass that is looking at the source info and it has the .jpg link right in there.  Just paste that into another tab/window and save as... no conversion needed.

Looks  to be the same...but again with the variant dial...note the 7.

Still it looks like a good match.

Did We just get spammed? lol ! Anyways O.T. (sortof) Firefox also has a 'web developer' toolbar, simply install then go to images, image info then 'save as'. : )
