Retracing Bulova History.
The Bulova Corporation was founded in 1875 by Czech immigrant Joseph Bulova in a small premises on Maiden Lane, New York City.
whilst rummaging the old chest of drawers I came across a box I'd completely forgotton about.... what's in here?
... apparantly these work much better than mothballs.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but in this iconic World War II photograph of Elizabeth Gardner as the pilot of a B26 Maurada bomber held by the national archives, she sure looks like she’s wearing a Bulova Air Warden.

Hi, i inherited this watch from my grandpa. The only other example I've ever come across is on here too. Can anyone explain why I can't find any information on this watch, let alone another example? Is it possible these were limited run? I've hunted high and low but not really managed to find anything out about it. I've found other Longchamp watches from this era but they don't have numbers. Any info anyone has would be much appreciated or even point me in the right direction to find out a bit more about it would be great. Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Can anyone help with part number for the stem and crown for a 1973 Senator A. The case is stamped T-3081 on the back plate.
An example is displayed in the '73 listing as a Senator A. 11AOACB movement with day/date on opposite sides of dial.
Thanks
Who contracted with Bulova and who did Bulova own? I don't claim to know the answers but an observation I've made over the years is with Warwick Watch Company. I am trained as a jeweler and had my family store that came down through my family. In the 1980's I bought a 72 piece collection of Warwick watches from a customer, I don't own any of those but I kept accurate records in case anything came in that was stolen. Of the 72 piece collection I noticed that 27 of the watches had American Standard cases and movements very similiar in design to Westfield/Bulova Movements.
