Watch Description

Well.... here it is boys.  The heart gem of my collection.  I got this last year for a pretty decent price.  I haven't had the inclination to get it fixed up until a few weeks ago when I sent it to Mike @ Timemachines.

We've got a full service, new hands, new handcut mineral crystal, new factory matched Westminster Morrocan Leather Band out of England, and a newly redialed (sans killer radium) dial.

This turned out soooooo sweet gents.

Same as all the other 5000's... with Steve's research the movement and case show in that magical stretch of the 1st 5000 issued as Lone Eagles.

I think Mike did a fantastic job!

Nice watch plains, I think it's a Lone Eagle, I'll check the ads later.

Absolutely stunning. It's not often I see one with the full treatment, makes me think again there are a few I should get re-dialed and re-plated. The results really give you an idea of what these beauties looked like brand new.

Nice one Jerin, I've got one in the works but I have to send the hands back for lum. Also working on a Conqueror. I've gotta get around to posting a few, just can't seem to find the time. No need to comment on ID, LE from me.

LE with out a doubt.

Sorry, I don't mean to rain on anyone's parade, but how can a 1926 dated watch be anything but a Conqueror?
We only have ads from June 1927 for the LE.

Good Point, Bobbee. A triangle for 1926, and the case serial # appears to also indicate '26. So Conqueror? Or am I missing something here?
