Hinged Case measures 35mm lug to lug x 28mm non inclusive of the Crown using Calipers. Butler finish Dial shows Radium Arabic numerals, Bulova signature and tracks are printed in Black. Hour and Minute Hands are Cathedral style and a Modern style Seconds Hand shows on a sub Dial partially obscuring the 6. Caseback is stamped as shown. Vintage display ad is Dated 1928.
The 1928 ad used in root ID matches subject watch, but then we have that 1930 ad showing the slightly cut corner watch Fifth pictures above. So there musta been a few treasurer model styles available about 1932. Subject dial numeral and treack shape/placement do suggest a dial swap. Still tentative based on all this. two ticks (if we read through this entire thread, we see how we are consistently inconsistent, but lots happens in this thread)
