I'm onna go out on a limb here and hope you guys can see what I see in the ad. 1st, the subject watch has a full hooded lug, more an Ambassador to me.

The ad appears to have a stepped hooded lug but it's not. If you lokk very closely, you can see the tang lugs and the springpin barrel of the band. Since it's made to match the bezel, it appears to be but it's not. JMO

The Ambassador from this period has a rectangular crystal where this is a hex shape.

I was addressing the lugs more than anything else, completely missed the boat on the dial. My bad.

Yeah, when this model was finally identified I had to back through my Ambassadors and recheck the crystals as I had only focused on the lugs previously.

Tentative Kirkwood based on the dial variation and no confirming advert with this configuration. Engraved case and numbered dial.
