I'd go with a Webster ID

'33 'WEBSTER'

The bezel is Two Tone Natural and White Gold.

Your Watch is interesting - an ad for the 'WEBSTER' only appears in 1933 - in 1934 'SENATOR' appears in this Case available in White, Natural Gold or Two Tone, 15J White and 17 J's respectively, according to the ads.

ad Dated 1934

Of the other 'SENATOR's with a natural Gold Bezel in the database non have a White Caseback and I don't think it would be refererred to as 'Two Tone', the Case in the first image would.

2c

Is the inner Caseback signed?

There is "Bulova" on the outside (near the lug), but there is no name at all on the inside.
