Watch Description

One of two original 1935 Commodores I've recently come across.  One was smooth and the other etched.  This is the etched one in a white rolled gold plate.  What's sort of wild is this movement is stamped "O" indicating 1934, and it's a 17 Jewel, 10AE while the other is not.  The case is marked on the back with the Bulova shield symbol found in only this year or close too it.  The bracelet is original and very hard to find once it's gone.

One is the white Commodore, one is the yellow. This post is the white

I have to think about this one plains. I don't remember naming the white engraved model as a Commodore. I'll get back to you on this one but....

HOLY MACKEREL is this an amazing find, it's gorgeous, I mean it's amazingly amazing! (sorry did I overstate that?)

OK, I'm full in for Commodore now. This record, which also happens to be one of Jerin's watches, has an advert for an engraved Commodore.

(PS - Jerin - this would make a great birthday gift to me from you)

Here's the original advert from the other listing, although the advert lists both versions as 15 Jewels. Case style in unmistakingly a Commodore.

1935 Bulova Commodore works for me; noting jewel difference between subject watch and ad.
