Watch Description

'CAROLYN' / 'EVANGELINE' like but with engraving and a smaller Bezel opening.  Inner Caseback appeard to be signed and possibly marked as solid Gold.  (poor photography so this Watch could be a 'FRANKENBULLETTE' haha)......rolled the dice on this one, will update.

* 9/21 Update.-  Lost on this one troops - confirmed 'FRANKENBULLETTE'. Running 6AF in an aftermarket Case (not even a good one) for less than a large Pizza so it's not a total loss. Will leave up for a Day or so and remove from the database. Always look or ask for a Caseback stamp.Silly Me, what was I thinking?

Hmmm, also a interesting observation that I hadn't noticed. Could be, but then that would be very unusual.

You may be on to something Mark. Over the last few years I've purchased a few that have had the same type of modifications/repair. Mostly case back issues also. I decided to put them away until more ads or ??? surfaced. Might be worth throwing into that infamous "sock drawer" for a while :-)

Ya.

I guess the point is the Watch is only a little  'FRANKENBULLETTE' and the bezel design does exist, somewhere - which of coarse is like being a little bit pregnant. Either it is or it isn't - there's no grey area.

Interesting Frankie scenerio though: Bulova Bezel, Movement and Dial, non Bulova Caseback. One I hadn't seen (or noticed) before...
