Looks a bit like a Right Angle but hard to tell with just one picture. Could you please take more pics and include back of case on inside and outside and pics of the movement.

'38 President, based on case serial #, with a '37 movement based on "arrow" date code.

I'm almost pretty sure this is a 1938 'PRESIDENT'. We see this Dial variation across the board in this era.

Can We get Case dimensions?

Nice... very nice.. we don't see many black dialed President's of that era.

May have been re-dialed, as black is the most common re-dial colour. I agree with President.

I too agree with (redialed) 1938 President (w/ 1937 movement).

why redialed?

We see the 1939 'MINUTE MAN' advertised with almost the same Dial.

"D" variant.

I'm not seeing any evidence that would suggest the subject Watch Dial has been refinished.

Hello, hope you dont mind me chipping in, but the minute and seconds hands are wrong so maybe a redial is not out of the question.
