Hey Rob,

Actually I was considering keeping it just as it is. All I've done so far is service the movement and replace the crystal. The dial is clean enough to be left original. I may shine it up later this week and I'll check the hairspring then.

L8R, It's chow time.

Shawn - you really got your moneys worth on this beauty! This watch is 100% original and looks like it's in 'hardly worn' condition. Won't see too many as nice as this.

Rite Angle - all day, all the way.

Your bang on Geoff, the case back still shows the original brushed gold finish. A keeper for sure! Here's some pics of it after a good clean and polish.

Classy, beautiful and a valuable addition to the DB. One day some info on letter designation will turn up, but until then plain Rite angle, and congrats Shawn.

I've given this some wrist time and was amazed at how accurate it keeps time. Easily within a minute over 24 hours, if not bang on with a quartz I used to time it against. Pretty awesome. Now I'm wearing a 34 ish  Ambassador that's equally as accurate so I'll post it later. Also just won another Right Angle with a black dial that looks to be original. Will post it when it arrives a couple days from now.

Probably the black dial is original, as we know a lot of watches at this time had many dial/case/band combos.

The above watch has to be the world's best example, and as such is definitely a keeper!

Hi bobbee,

I just bought another with the original Black dial. Band was replaced with leather but I'll post as soon asit comes in.
