I have a Bulova watch left to me by my grandmother it was my great uncles Walter he died in the great Alaskan earthquake in 1964, I do not have any clue the model or year here is the numbers on the back 0142816 dont know the year just plugged one in

This record needs to be updated to Westchester.  I'm thinking it was just a typo when entered as the later model Winchester when it was published.  
I don't think the panel needs to reconsider based on entry typo?
