It's a beautiful piece, I got from Buenos Aries Argentina. Keeps absolutely perfect time. It is my can't take it off watch. Interested in any information from other members.

Thank you

Its a handsome watch; the dial resembles the Beau Brummell introduced in 1948. Based on the movement date, it's too early to be a BB. The case is marked "Elite", which indicates the case is a replacement. It is very likely the face and case were a 3rd party "kit" purchased together that was mated to a Bulova movement. Based on this we can't assign it a technical name. We classify watches that have non-Bulova components as Non-conforming.

It is still a beauty with a quality Bulova motor; wear it and enjoy it.

I would say that the dial has been redone as well. The Bulova name appears to be a recently used font.
