Jack, I'm stumped on this one. I've come back to it several times. Can you tell me what is imprinted inside of the case back? You have 'other ' in the case manufacturer, wondering what that means.

Inside of the case says OKAY  stainless base metal. Maybe franken?

Yes Jack, I would say it is. A replacement case makes it not "all Bulova". It was fairly common to place a strong running movement in a new case if the original was severely worn or damaged.  There were several companies that made replacement cases.
