Caseback has serial # only.

Inside caseback,BULOVA,10K ROLLED GOLD PLATE BEZEL,STAINLESS BACK,NEW YORK.

Dial has applied gold bulova logo and numbers,sub seconds dial has numerals every 10 seconds and is marked SWISS at the bottom,Gold hands.

Case is small at 26.12mm without the crown and lugs.

The closest model to this that I could find is the 1938 Apollo in the database.They bothseem to share similar dials,hands and case.

Could this be the Apollo from the new ads posted by plainsmen?  Looks to be the same watch that I recently posted.  Dial looks like the last ad and case the top.  Dial also matches the 1938 Apollo.  Mine has a different movement but still 15 jewels.

Its nice to know that the unknowns still have a chance of getting identified at some point.I'm not saying that my first thought on this being th Apollo was correct;I'll leave that up to the panel but it sure would be nice.

I don't think it realky matters much.. very well could be either depending on when purchased.. I'm good with either. Choose one and go for it.
