I am guessing 1942 Westchester.  There are similar watches in the database but this one matches the advertisement well.  I thought the smooth subdial was from a bad redial but it's possible this is original.  The hands are blued steel.  The marks stamped inside of the case are rotated 90 degrees compared to the marks I've seen in other Bulova watches. Five service marks, someone took good care of this watch.

I have a 1940, Omega date stamp. Not sure if it is a Beacon, or a Westchester. 1940 Westchester/Beacon?
