Swiss 17 jewel 6BK (B almost looks like an 8) movement. J9 date symbol on movement. A9 date symbol on case back. White and yellow gold Filled case and case back. Speidel expansion band with diamonds or crystals. Bought this one so the Mrs. Can join in on the fun.

I see Margo in the advert from 1948 but I'm not 100% sure I see a match. The ad appears to show engraving on the sides of the bezel? Is your case two tone yellow and white?
