Watch Description

The watch closely resembles the 1949 "Lady Excellency "UU"", and also resembles some of the Goddess of Time models-- though the Lady Excellency is the only model I have come across with the hexagonal embellishments around the two diamonds.

The watch came with a fuchsia velvet case; I don't know if this assists in identifying the item.

Thank you!

after comparing I do not think that this is a LE "UU" items differ in at least

  • Shape of case at the top and bottom
  • Handles for band
  • Fit of diamonds
  • Hands
  • Dial

although for this period is relatively enough material, I found no match

Now for me - "Unknown"

Thank you very much! I found it at a thrift shop this weekend and am delighted by it. I am eager to learn more about its history.

There is a 21j Dolly Madison that is very close to the subject watch. Can you please confirm the movement jewel count.

I thought that one was quite similar, too! the shape around the diamonds is not quite the same, but it does seem very close. Thanks!
