as case marked "L0" should go to the year of manufacture 1950, on the movement is stamp on picture unreadable, you can specify what is there indication

I agree with Director, 1950 based on caseback L0; This came in yellow or white gold with the yellow version as the "A" variant, as seen in this 1951 ad

You have a nice unmolested original 1950 "Director" Ybutch56. It looks like it may have a broken mainspring. That is a real easy fix if it is broken.

Nice looking watch ybutch, the band could be original to the watch. It is a man's watch, dating it to 1950 could help you identify to whom it may have belonged to, your father or perhaps your grandfather. Heirloom watches are a very special thing to me as they are such personal items.

I guess I would ad that the person who owned this watch seems to have worn it infrequently. The condition indicates very little usage. It really is a beauty,

Looks like the Director "A" to me.  Nice watch!
