Is it a Tuxedo or Excellency ? are the hands authentic for this model and the stones real or ? Thanks for the info.

Tuxedo is engraved, without testing no way to know for sure on the stones, hands are not correct for this style.

Not sure I've ever seen His Excellency with Diamonds, I'm going to look a bit more

Has the case of a 'His Excellency' and the diamond dial of a Director. I agree that the hands don't appear to be original or correct for this watch.

Also the HEs are all 21J movements.

This one is unknown for me.

Stan - check the box, you should get a note from admin in a couple days with further instruction

We have this ad from 1951. It shows there are HE's with diamond dials.

This points to the watch being a legitimate Bulova release and not a Frankenwatch.
