If the jewel count is correct I would agree with His Excellency but no variant since the dial has no execllency on it. I had this watch with the excellency on it and the 5 bump case so I can recognize it as His Excellency.

Admin, we have 7 yea's for his excellency. I would not vote anything other than the generic his excellency since it does not have the excellency on the dial but definitely an excellency.

I've PMed owner a while back, and did so again just today.  I agree the record isn't very useful and flagged it for Stephen to review for deletion.  I really think it's a great Stephen is the only one that can delete records.  It's better for Stephen to have this "choice".
