Look as Academy Award "H"

So, do we have a 1945 movement in a 1951 Academy Award case with the incorrect dial (tracks do not appear to line up with the bezel)?

There appear to be at least two similar AA cases; the above ad for 'H' and this one (1951 'B')

I noticed it too Ken, Definitely a replacement on the dial - closer inspection shows wear on the dial from the original case it was in. I think I see the triangle on the mvnt as well.

My belief is that we're ID'ing cases. In out comments we have noted a couple discrepancies. I'm still inclined to tag it as an Academy Award.

due to the fact that the variant is not clear inclined would sign as AA without variant options

Agreed, generic Bulova Academy Award for now until we get a clearer advert. The 'H' variant looks to have a chord band.
