1928 is a little early for the design, X datecode on the Movement is a guess?

Movement model is the 10 BRC

L1 = 1951 and it certainly looks like the Spencer.

Ads have this one down as the "Duo-Wind "L", 1952 advert.

 

No "Spencer" ads onsite pre-1953.
